Yes, any time. Message your officer for a settlement figure — it will be the outstanding principal plus interest accrued to the settlement day. Once paid, your logbook transfers within seven days.
Yes, as long as you use your loan number as the account reference. The line you pay from doesn't matter. If you've permanently switched M-Pesa numbers, let your officer know so we can update your records.
In 99% of cases, payments reconcile within minutes. If 24 hours have passed and your balance still looks wrong, message your officer on WhatsApp with a screenshot of your M-Pesa confirmation. We'll find it manually and post it the same day.
