A note on the ethics We will never incentivise a sacco to push financing on a member who shouldn't take it. The referral fee is paid only on loans that disburse and stay performing. The interests of the sacco and the member are aligned by design — not by accident.

How partnership works

  1. Your sacco leadership contacts us — via the form below or on WhatsApp.
  2. We meet in person: sacco officials, Mobifarm partnerships officer, and (ideally) a sample of member riders.
  3. We agree terms: referral fee rate, member eligibility criteria, co-branding, reporting cadence.
  4. We sign a partnership agreement and announce it jointly to your members — at the AGM, on WhatsApp, or at a dedicated launch event.
  5. Member riders start applying. The sacco earns referral fees from the first disbursement.

Questions saccos ask

Does the sacco carry any credit risk?

No. The sacco is never a guarantor of member loans. The credit risk sits entirely with Mobifarm. The sacco's role is to introduce and endorse — not to underwrite.

What member data do you want from us?

None that you don't want to share. We handle member enrolment directly with each applying rider. The sacco confirms membership status at the point of application, nothing more.

Can we end the partnership if it doesn't work?

Yes. Partnership agreements include a 60-day notice period for either side. Existing member loans continue to perform normally; new originations through the sacco simply stop.
